Refund policy

We hope that you love your bracelets as much as we loved designing and creating them for you! If you need to return a bracelet for any reason please email us at austinbraceletco@gmail.com to request a return authorization. 

All returns, exchanges and resizing requests much be made within 10 days of date of delivery. Bracelets must be returned unworn and in original and unaltered condition.

If you need to exchange bracelets we will charge or refund for the difference in price plus additional shipping costs. If a refund is requested we will refund the amount paid for the bracelets less original shipping cost.
